I would like to share some feedback on the Atelier Wen Millésime 2025 – Perception 漩 (Xuán) that I received directly from Atelier Wen.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the appearance of the dial. There is a prominent pale patch near the 12 o’clock position which, to my eye, disrupts its visual balance and detracts from an otherwise appealing design.
When I requested a watch swap, your team explained that the lighter patch was a natural characteristic of the Pietersite and that an exchange was not possible because all pieces had been allocated. I appreciate the explanation and understand that each stone dial will have its own unique colours and patterns.
However, my concern is about the visual standard used to select and approve the dial. Even allowing for natural variation, I had expected more careful consideration of its overall appearance. Knowing that the patch is natural does not change how I feel about the finished watch.
I still liked the model enough to purchase another example on the secondary market, and I find its dial considerably more balanced and attractive. Comparing the two reinforced my disappointment with the original piece. In my view, that particular dial should have been flagged during the final visual inspection and should not have been approved for delivery.
I hope you will take this as constructive feedback and consider reviewing the visual criteria used to select your stone dials. Individuality is part of their appeal, but I believe customers should also be able to expect a consistently high standard of aesthetic judgement.
I eagerly awaited the arrival of my watch. It came later than most people due to logistic reasons. And I was not disappointed! Clean, sharp and quite a unique dial. Atelier Wen delivers yet again. I am fully satisfied! 👍

I thought I'd be getting a blue dial watch, but the black dial is extremely good as well. Would recommend
I can honestly say I am more than delighted with my purchase,I love the perception and have a few but the xuan takes it to another level.the all round finish is superb.

I loved the whole unboxing experience, the base off the Perception watch is the usual and the dial is innovative, but the stone dial comes at scratched on the edge between 11 and 12 which doesn't match the level of finition given to the rest of the watch.
The purchase was very easy, the delivery very quick.I am very pleased with the service received and of course the strap is beautiful.
I've worn mine for about a month now. It works and fits nicely, and the design is truly awesome as I expected.

I now am the proud owner of all four of the Atelier Wen Mileime watches, and I love them. I love the design, the dial colors, the movement seems to be indestructible, and they can be worn with jeans or a sport coat and tie. I love having them in my colledtion.
I've had the watch for a little over a month and I really enjoy it. All my watch friends are very impressed with the dial. It's comfortable to wear and it looks great. If I had any complaint at all it would be that it's not the most legible watch ever, but that's pretty minor and I don't mind taking an extra couple of seconds looking at the dial to read the time.
I have a large collection. Several rolex, a couple AP but the purple dial Atelier Wen is one of my favorite watches to wear. I get a lot of compliments and people think it is way more expensive. Magnificent piece and incredible watch for the price.
I was so excited to add this to my collection and it is a beautiful wear. Light on the wrist but still substantial. Beautiful dial.
I wear my Perception as a daily and it keeps great time, looks sharp on bracelet as well as a delugs strap, and fits well with my work outfits. It sits right there with my Rolex, AP and Patek pieces. Excellent work.

Could not be more pleased. Phenomenal finishing. Thoughtful design with subtle details that continue to delight. Clasp is at edge of what is available period. High quality materials and choice. Bought for the dial and was not disappointed. Easily stands on its own as a formidable piece and punches classes above its price if you want to make that kind of comparison. Team was professional and prompt in communications. Atelier Wen has proven itself to me- years of hype set a high bar that they met and exceeded.

What keeps excellent time and I have received many compliments.
The salmon leather strap is a great complement to the Atelier Wen Mù’s purple dial. The subtle texture of the salmon leather adds depth without overpowering the watch. Comfortable on the wrist and thoughtfully designed, it elevates the watch with a refined yet contemporary flair.
Better than I expected. Extremely comfortable and slim. Bracelet was the highlight for me ex the dial. Didn’t expect it to be this good. Movement still the weak point but overall really surprised me.
This watch exceeded my expectations when it arrived in terms of depth and color of the beautiful purple dial, the quality of the case and bracelet and the overall fit on my wrist. I said "Our New Perception" above because I ordered it with a sizable white rubber strap from AW, which I cut down to size for my wife and we easily swap out the strap and bracelet, depending on who wants to wear it that day.
Since receiving this magnificent watch,each time I choose to wear it lifts my mood,love everything about it. Being the colour of royalty the shimmer of the purple shades are mesmerising and I probably spend too much time checking my wrist. The overall finish of the ,the dial ,the finishing on the bracelet and the simple fit to the wrist is just awesome .
